Curtain Wall R&D and Design Engineer (30 Positions)

△ Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the technical R&D of curtain wall projects, including optimization of construction processes, equipment selection and design, and material performance adaptation.

2. Prepare technical proposals and design drawings for international projects, and communicate with global clients and partners to confirm technical requirements.

3. Participate in solving complex technical challenges, addressing issues arising during design adaptation and project implementation. Track the technological trends in the industry and introduce international advanced concepts, and continuously enhance the company’s existing R&D system.

△ Job Requirements

1) Target Candidates

The recruitment targets are non-Chinese undergraduate and master’s graduates from Chinese universities, as well as Chinese nationals who have graduated from overseas universities. Eligible candidates must be from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduating cohorts, with universities ranked within the top 500 in the QS World University Rankings. Valid degree certification must be provided. (Candidates graduating in 2024 or 2025 must already possess the degree certificate, while 2026 graduates must commit to providing the relevant degree certification upon graduation.)

2) Educational Background

Candidates should hold a degree in engineering-related fields, including but not limited to Civil Engineering, Curtain Wall Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Structural Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Cost Engineering. Furthermore, candidates are required to have knowledge backgrounds in curtain wall design, architectural technology, or engineering research and development.

3) Language Skills

Candidates should be proficient in Mandarin, English and at least one of the following languages for professional communication: Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Malay, or Thai. Possession of relevant language proficiency certificates will be considered an advantage.
